Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services operated by DollarFlow ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

These Terms apply to our website at https://dollarflow.com and its subdomains, the DollarFlow equity research and screening application, and any related mobile or API access (together, the "Service").

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Agreements.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Contact us at contact@dollarflow.com with questions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Not Investment Advice

DollarFlow provides research tools, screeners, charts, calendars, and market data for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer or solicitation. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance and modeled outcomes (including valuation bands, FROST scores, and history lessons) do not guarantee future results.

Market data, fundamentals, and prices may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Verify critical information independently before acting.

Communications

By creating an account, you agree that we may send service-related emails (account notices, security alerts, billing). You may opt out of marketing communications via unsubscribe links or by emailing contact@dollarflow.com.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid plans ("Subscriptions") are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel through account settings or by contacting support.

You represent that payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) and do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We may change Subscription fees with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

We may offer a free trial at our discretion. If you provide billing information for a trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for availability errors, suspected fraud, or abuse of plan limits (including automated scraping or excessive API use).

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Usernames must not impersonate others or infringe third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms and your Subscription tier, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business research.

You agree not to:

1. Violate applicable law or regulation.
2. Redistribute, resell, or publicly display market data or Service content except as expressly permitted by your plan and applicable data licenses.
3. Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond documented APIs and rate limits.
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or pipeline artifacts except where permitted by law.
5. Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including denial-of-service attacks or circumventing authentication or rate limits.
6. Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
7. Use the Service in any manner that harms DollarFlow, other users, or third-party data providers.

Your Content

You may save screens, watchlists, and exports within your account ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

You represent that Your Content does not violate third-party rights or law. We are not responsible for Your Content but may remove material that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, documentation, FROST methodology, valuation models, and branding, is owned by DollarFlow and its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Market data displayed in the Service remains subject to third-party provider terms. You may not use DollarFlow trademarks without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Service integrates with or links to third parties (authentication, payments, market data, cloud infrastructure). DollarFlow is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Analytics and Error Reporting

We may use service providers to monitor performance and diagnose errors. Aggregated usage helps us improve reliability; we do not use these tools for cross-site advertising.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOLLARFLOW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DollarFlow harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirement. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features without notice. We may amend these Terms by posting updated terms on this site. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
