Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 22, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to DollarFlow ("DollarFlow", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
DollarFlow operates the website https://dollarflow.com and the DollarFlow equity research and screening application (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of the Service and explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.
We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
Definitions
For purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Cookies – are small files placed on your device (computer or mobile) that store certain information.
Data Controller – means a person or organization who (alone or jointly with others) determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, DollarFlow is the Data Controller for Personal Data we collect directly from you.

User – means the individual using our Service. The User may be the Data Subject or an authorized user acting on behalf of an organization.
Information We Collect
We collect different types of information to provide and improve the Service for our users. This includes:
1. Personal Data You Provide: When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, contact support, or sign up for communications, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, organization name, job title, billing information, and any other details you choose to provide. We use this Personal Data to identify or contact you, deliver the Service, and send product or policy updates (you may opt out of marketing communications at any time).
2. Account and Usage Data within the Service: When you use DollarFlow, we process information associated with your account and activity, including saved screens, watchlists, export history, feature usage, subscription tier, and preferences you set in the application. This data is tied to your account so we can persist your work across sessions and enforce plan limits. We do not use your watchlists or screens to recommend securities to other users or for advertising profiles.
3. Market and Screener Data (not Personal Data): DollarFlow displays equity fundamentals, valuation artifacts, calendars, and price data sourced from licensed third-party data providers and our own pipeline. This market data is not Personal Data about you; it is published research and reference information made available to subscribers. Your queries against this data (for example, filter parameters) may be logged in aggregate for reliability and abuse prevention.
4. Usage Data: When you interact with our website or app, we automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, date and time of access, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and diagnostic data. On mobile devices, Usage Data may include device type, operating system, and similar identifiers. We use this information to operate the Service, improve performance, detect abuse, and maintain security.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Service — for example, to maintain login sessions (via our authentication provider), remember preferences, and protect against fraud. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels for cross-site behavioral advertising. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies; some features (such as signed-in sessions) may not function properly if you disable them. (See Cookies and Tracking Technologies below.)
6. Information from Third Parties: If you sign in through a third-party identity provider or connect an integration we support, we receive the information you authorize that provider to share (typically name and email). We handle third-party-sourced information according to this Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We also pledge never to sell your personal data to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
DollarFlow uses the collected information for the following purposes:
Providing and Maintaining the Service: To deliver screener, chart, calendar, and Command Center features; persist your account settings and saved work; and publish nightly pipeline artifacts to the application.
Service Communications: To notify you about updates, security alerts, pipeline outages, or changes to features or policies.
Customer Support: To respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and improve your experience.
Analytics and Improvements: To understand usage trends, refine the user interface, and prioritize product development — using aggregated or de-identified data where feasible.
Monitoring and Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, scraping abuse, or unauthorized API access.
Billing and Transactions: To process subscriptions and fulfill contractual obligations via secure payment processors (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).
Account Management: To send administrative messages such as password resets, login notifications, and subscription renewal notices.
Marketing and Related Communications: To provide news about DollarFlow or related offers where you have an existing relationship with us or have consented. You may opt out at any time.
Legal Compliance and Enforcement: To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We will not use Personal Data for incompatible purposes without your consent.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We share data with vendors that help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting and edge delivery (Cloudflare — Workers, R2, D1, KV, Durable Objects), authentication (Clerk ), payments (Stripe), error monitoring, email delivery, and market data partners that supply fundamentals and prices displayed in the screener. These providers process data only as needed to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect it.
Affiliates and Corporate Transactions: We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, with notice before your Personal Data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose Personal Data when required by law or valid public authority requests, sharing only what is necessary and informing you when legally permitted.
Protecting Rights and Safety: We may disclose information to protect DollarFlow, our users, or others — including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
With Your Consent or At Your Direction: We share data when you explicitly authorize an integration or export, or for another purpose disclosed at collection.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
DollarFlow uses cookies and related technologies to provide, secure, and improve the Service. Session and authentication cookies keep you signed in; preference cookies remember settings; security cookies help detect abuse.
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral profiling. You may manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit signed-in functionality.
Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you should protect your credentials and use secure networks. In the event of a breach affecting your Personal Data, we will notify you and authorities as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Data for as long as you maintain an account or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account and saved screener data remain until you delete them or close your account. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed for security or legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete, aggregate, or anonymize it.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your Personal Data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
Rights Under the GDPR (EEA/UK): You may request a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below; we may verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Rights Under the CCPA (California): California residents may request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, deletion subject to exceptions, and confirmation that DollarFlow does not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
International Data Transfers
DollarFlow is operated from the United States. Infrastructure may be hosted in the United States and other regions via Cloudflare's network. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms. Your use of the Service constitutes consent to transfer and processing as described, subject to applicable law.
Links to Other Sites
Our Service may link to third-party sites (data vendors, news sources, documentation). We do not control their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. The Service is designed for adults engaged in investment research and is not directed at minors.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the Effective Date. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice in the Service before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
